How it works
You decide, provide, implement. IX owns the rest.
The US process is the same as in Europe. The form is the entry point; from the readiness check, IX runs the same owned path to readiness.
Your part
Three roles for you.
- Decide.
You set direction and sign off deliverables. - Provide information.
You give IX access to the facts it needs. - Implement.
You carry out the measures in your own environment.
Everything else sits with IX: documentation, the evidence path, coordination, and delivery pressure against scope, timeline, and budget.
The path
From readiness check to readiness path.
It starts with the free readiness check. From there the path runs through the scope check and the evidence roadmap to the readiness build, the same shape as in Europe. Where the offer is fixed-price, it includes the IX readiness commitment.
What IX is not
Not a platform. Not billed hours.
IX is not a platform that generates tasks and leaves you executing them, and not consultants billing hours. IX owns the delivery path to readiness.
