TISAX is a market access requirement your OEM customer imposes on you, often as a requirement letter naming a deadline. IX takes you to TISAX Assessment Level 2 readiness at a fixed price, without you building a compliance team.

AL2 and AL3, briefly.
TISAX defines assessment levels for the depth of the assessment. Assessment Level 2 is assessed mainly on evidence and remote methods. Assessment Level 3 adds an on-site assessment and is used where the highest protection needs apply. Your customer states which level they require.
