Notice at collection
When you submit the readiness-check form, IX collects the information you provide (such as your business email address and, optionally, your name, company, occasion, and message) together with limited technical attribution data (for example the landing page, referrer, and campaign parameters). IX uses this information to respond to your request, assess your occasion, and, where you opt in, to send guidance emails. IX does not sell your personal information.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
This site uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the site is used. These tools set cookies and process identifiers to distinguish visits and sessions. They are used to understand traffic and the conversion funnel. No personal information you enter in the form is sent to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or the data layer. The launch configuration is analytics-only: no advertising features, remarketing, or audience export are enabled.
Your choices
You can opt out of analytics by declining or clearing cookies in your browser, or by using a browser or extension that blocks these tools. IX honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. You can withdraw consent to guidance emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
Where your form data is processed
Data you submit through the form is processed on IX's European infrastructure. This is distinct from client project delivery: for US engagements, project delivery runs on US infrastructure where the engagement requires it.
Retention
IX retains the information you submit for as long as necessary to respond to your request, to provide services you engage, and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
